Skills
Academic
My academic interests are largely quantitative, including areas of psychometrics (e.g., item response theory, exploratory graph analysis, factor analysis), cluster analysis, and other statistical modeling approaches. I also enjoy decision theory. Click here to see some of my academic work.
Professional
I leverage psychometric expertise in tandem with consulting experience to identify, quantify, and address healthcare workforce concerns. Specifically, I work with stakeholders to survey and develop a focused intervention for their staff.
Pedagogical
Having taught both undergraduate and postgraduate audiences at various levels of expertise, I can impart complex ideas simply and (sometimes) effectively.
